While we do have electronic access to records in most affected counties for initial results, if we are required to further verify records directly with court clerks, there may be delays for some county criminal searches. We are continuing to review the electronic access to records in the affected counties carefully as Hurricane Ian makes landfall in southwestern Florida, and will post updates as necessary.
