Quest Diagnostics

If you scheduled an appointment at a Patient Service Center (PSC), please check ahead using the following website: QuestDiagnostics.com/appointment.

Reopening will be based on local conditions. If you plan on visiting a Preferred or 3rd Party Collection Site, please call ahead to determine if the site is open and safe to visit. Additionally, FedEx has contingency plans to handle weather-related service disruptions and we will monitor how specimen shipments may be impacted. Currently weather disruption due to the impact of Hurricane Ian on the region remains fluid.

Concentra

The Concentra location in Ocala Florida is open today, September 29th; however, the remainder of sites in central Florida remain closed.

As a best practice, please call prior to reporting for testing to avoid delays or potential site closures. You may also use the following website to verify site specific hours of operation.
