Truescreen and Fieldprint are not permitted to access any CHRI data per FBI regulations. Results for CHRI are made available to our clients directly through the myTruescreen.com portal.
In order to satisfy this FBI Requirement, you must retrieve CHRI via the myTruescreen.com portal directly. Otherwise, the results will be purged 30 days after they are received.
