Important Reminder for Clients Receiving Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) from FBI Fingerprints

The FBI requires that CHRI data be acknowledged and retrieved directly by the approved recipient within 30 days of receipt.

Truescreen and Fieldprint are not permitted to access any CHRI data per FBI regulations. Results for CHRI are made available to our clients directly through the myTruescreen.com portal.

In order to satisfy this FBI Requirement, you must retrieve CHRI via the myTruescreen.com portal directly. Otherwise, the results will be purged 30 days after they are received.
