Truescreen understands the importance of managing costs, and we continue to work diligently to provide the best possible pricing to our clients. We were recently notified that two of our providers - The Work Number and Concentra - will increase their fees beginning in 2024. Please note that the following updates are the result of the providers increasing their fees, not Truescreen.
Equifax Workforce Solutions, The Work Number for Everyone
The Work Number continues to grow as more employers provide access to their records using this secure, FCRA-compliant service. As they have for the last three years, Equifax has adjusted rates following their market pricing evaluation for this convenient product offering. Truescreen has negotiated with Equifax to ensure we pass through the lowest, most competitive price possible. While other service providers in our industry have had this pass-through cost implemented since September, the following increase will not start for Truescreen until next year.
Concentra
A national provider of Occupational Health Screening services, Concentra has alerted Truescreen that they are also increasing their pricing. Starting January 1, 2024, Concentra OHS services - mainly Physicals, Breath Alcohol Tests, and Vaccines - will experience an average price increase of around 4%. Please note that these price increases do not extend to their drug screening services.
