Fee Increase for The Work Number Effective 2023

Equifax has notified Truescreen that they are adjusting rates for The Work Number across the board.

The Work Number is widely utilized to screen employees and potential applicants. The Work Number results confirm a candidate's past work history and current job status without directly contacting the employer. This verification platform is commonly used because it is convenient, highly regulated, secure, and FCRA-compliant.

As The Work Number continues to grow with more contributors providing access to their employment records, Equifax has adjusted rates following their market pricing evaluation. Truescreen has negotiated with Equifax to ensure we pass through the lowest, most competitive price possible to our valued clients who utilize this unique product.

Effective January 1, 2023, The Work Number will charge $51.78 per subject when utilized for employment verification - an increase from the previous price of $41.10. Please note that this change results from an industry-wide price increase by Equifax, not Truescreen.
