The latest issue that has come to our attention relates to intermittent supply shortages for urine collection kits at both Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Centers (PSC's). While this is not a widespread concern, we are receiving calls that some clinics have run out of collection kits and therefore cannot perform testing.
Please note that our partners are aggressively trying to source alternative supplies to address manufacturer delays in providing kits. The supply shortages are also directly related to higher than normal testing volume as companies are looking to address staffing shortages. We are hopeful that our partners will be able to start replenishing supply shortages over the next few weeks, but wanted to bring this issue to your attention.
If you receive notification that a clinic is unable to complete testing please let Truescreen know and we will source a new facility as quickly as possible. In the meantime, Quest Diagnostics is temporarily removing impacted sites from their network of available testing facilities. Additionally, where possible we encourage anyone reporting for testing to either a Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics PSC to call prior to reporting for testing to avoid any delays.
