The clerks have confirmed that the portal for these searches was being updated and has had unexpected technical issues. They are also not able to properly search for civil records. As such, civil searches in this state at the county level are delayed. (Note that this does not affect the searching of federal civil records from the United States District Court in New Jersey.)
