Fee Updates for 23 Michigan County Courts

Please note that fee changes have been enacted for multiple Michigan county courts.

Fees were removed in the following Michigan counties:

  • Alpena County 26th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 20.00
  • Baraga County 12th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 15.00
  • Barry County 5th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 10.00
  • Cass County 43rd Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 10.00
  • Chippewa County 50th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 5.00
  • Emmet County 57th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 5.00
  • Gogebic County 32nd Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 50.00
  • Houghton County 12th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 40.00
  • Ionia County 8th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 12.00
  • Iosco County 23rd Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 20.00
  • Iron County 41st Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 40.00
  • Marquette County 25th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 20.00
  • Montmorency County 26th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 5.00
  • Otsego County 46th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 10.00
  • Presque Isle County 26th Circuit and District Court removal of fee - $ 5.00

Fees were decreased in the following Michigan counties:

  • Clare County 55th Circuit and District Court - fee reduced from $22.00 to $19.00
  • Keweenaw County 12th Circuit and District Court - fee reduced from $20.00 to $10.00
  • Mackinac County 50th Circuit and District Court - fee reduced from $20.00 to $10.00
  • Missaukee County 28th Circuit and District Court - fee reduced from $10.00 to $5.00
  • Montcalm County 8th Circuit and District Court - fee reduced from $20.00 to $17.00
  • Schoolcraft County 11th Circuit and District Court - fee reduced from $20.00 to $10.00

Fees were increased in the following Michigan counties:

  • Midland County 42nd Circuit and District Court - fee increase from $5.00 to $11.00
  • Ogemaw County 34th Circuit and District Court - fee increase from $5.00 to $10.00
