New state OIG source added

Truescreen has added a new state source to our Office of Inspector General exclusion screening source list.

Effective immediately, the following additional state source is available to clients:

Colorado: Colorado Terminated Provider List

This additional source has been added to Truescreen's SanctionsScreen+ database.
