West Virginia Courts Closed Until Wednesday, June 21 2023

Please note that in the state of West Virginia, courts are closed today, June 19, 2023, in observation of Juneteenth National Freedom Day, and will also be closed tomorrow, June 20, 2023, in observation of West Virginia Day.

As such, results may be slightly delayed for records in the criminal and civil courts in the state of West Virginia.

Courts are expected to reopen in West Virginia on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
