Update regarding LabCorp processing times

LabCorp has resumed processing drug screening results; however, brief delays are still expected as they continue to work through the backlog of cases.

While we are working diligently to return these results as quickly as we receive them from LabCorp, clients may continue to experience delays of two to three days in receiving the results of completed drug tests.

LabCorp has said that suspicious activity on their network prompted them to shut down key systems early in the week, causing these delays. We have been assured that no client or donor information has been comprised during the event.
