Reminder Concerning Federal Custody and Control Form (CCF) Expiration

On August 31, 2023 the 2017 Federal CCF will expire and no longer be used for collection purposes. Collectors and employers should use their existing supply of 2017 forms prior to August 31, 2023.

The Office on Management and Budget (OMB) has approved a 2023 CCF which is identical to the current 2020 CCF. Click here to view the 2020/2023 Federal CCF. All DOT-regulated collectors and employers may continue to use the 2020 version at this time.
