Expanded Close Component Control
Requesters can now easily manage their services through the client portal, with the option to close additional services using a convenient "Discontinue Research" button. New services that can be closed include: Courts, Sex Offenders, MVR, Abuse Registry, State Insurance, Securities, and CRISP/DEA.

Streamlined National Criminal Service Tracking
With our latest update, the system now labels additional Court searches that are created as a result of the National Criminal Database search, eliminating confusion in completion notifications.

Improved Applicant Contact Descriptions
We have enhanced our contact notes in the system to provide clearer and more detailed descriptions of the actions taken by our applicant services team, ensuring better visibility and understanding of each interaction.

Adjudication Notification Clarity
Our notification language has been generalized to accommodate the customizable nature of adjudication beyond the standard Pass, Review, or Fail statuses, ensuring clear communication of possible updated adjudication statuses.

Quick View CHRI
We have introduced a "View CHRI" button in the Quick View window, allowing customers to effortlessly retrieve Criminal History Record Information with fewer clicks.

Occupational Health Screening

Comprehensive Visibility of Medical Marijuana Card Details
Our latest update offers improved report notes for drug screening results involving donors who possess a medical marijuana card. Now, you can easily access essential details about the medical marijuana card, including its issuance location and date, providing comprehensive insight into the report at a glance.

ApplicationStation

Updated FCRA Summary of Rights
Truescreen has proactively updated all electronic consumer rights forms in our systems ahead of the curve. Although enforcement of the CFPB's final rule for FCRA Summary of Rights is slated for March 2024, we are already compliant with the updated requirements.

Candidate Document Description Insight
In ApplicationStation, when a candidate uploads a document categorized as "Other," the document description will now reflect the file name chosen by the candidate during the upload process, providing clear and accurate insight into the nature of the document.

Efficient International Authorization Capture
We have streamlined the process of collecting international authorization. Whenever a non-United States address is provided in the Personal Information section of the application, the system will automatically proactively capture the necessary international authorization.

Fingerprinting Consent Form Capture
In alignment with FBI compliance initiatives, we have made significant updates to the fingerprinting process. As part of these enhancements, distinct consent forms for fingerprinting and Rap Back are now separate from the standard D&A forms. These forms can be conveniently printed directly within ApplicationStation for easy access and compliance.

Agent and Company Name Application Pre-Fill
To streamline the application process, we have implemented a time-saving feature. Forms in ApplicationStation are now prefilled with our company name for the Agent Name field, and your organization's name for the Company Name field, eliminating a step for the candidate and ensuring accurate information capture.

“Reason for Leaving” Clarification
When a subject selects "Termination/Dismissal" as their reason for leaving an employer, applicants now have the option to include an explanation box. This allows the subject to provide further details and clarify the circumstances surrounding their departure.

i9Success

Automated Tentative Non-Confirmation Notifications
Clients now have the option to receive automated email notifications from i9Success when an E-Verify case transitions into the Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNC) status. Stay informed about the status of your cases effortlessly.

Thank you as always for your support.

All the best,
