Due to staffing shortages Quest Diagnostics is seeing an unprecedented backlog of specimens to process. Ultimately this has resulted in longer than average turnaround times for impacted drug screens.
Quest Diagnostics' goal is to process all specimens in their current workflow as quickly as possible by utilizing all resources at their disposal. In the meantime, Truescreen will provide updated communication as Quest Diagnostics works to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
