Their office is receiving increased communications upon the dissolving of Missouri's Background Screening Investigation Unit at the Department of Social Services in that state. As such, we are anticipating delays for Missouri FCSR searches. Updates will be provided as they are available.
Please note that the Missouri statewide criminal history searches are not impacted by this update, and continue to be processed as expected.
