In her presentation, "Embracing the new 'Normal' and how to best navigate challenges associated with non-mandated testing in 2023," Lisa will discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic changed "business as usual" long term. This session will explore best practices for managing a drug screening program in the advent of increased remote work, staffing problems for collection sites, and illegal drug and marijuana misuse within the workforce. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Lisa is a seasoned professional and is well-versed on topics related to occupational health screening and industry compliance.
Lisa is a member of DATIA and serves on the Education Committee. Truescreen's Director of Medical Affairs, Dr. Neha Badheka is also a DATIA member and serves on the Board of Directors. In their roles, Lisa and Dr. Badheka support DATIA's strategic plan to educate organizational members and industry stakeholders.
