Annual E-Verify Records Disposal Scheduled by USCIS for March 31, 2022

On March 31, 2022, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will dispose of E-Verify records dated on or before December 31, 2011.

USCIS annually disposes of E-Verify employer records that are 10 years or older to reduce security and privacy risks associated with retaining personally identifiable information. Employers who utilize E-Verify have until March 31, 2022 to download these historic records from the USCIS.

Instructions on how to download the Historic Records Report can be found using these resources:

Employers who utilize E-Verify are required to record or print and file the E-Verify case verification number for each corresponding Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. Please note that Truescreen retains this information within our portal for our E-Verify clients.

If you have any questions, please contact your sales executive, account manager, or our customer service team.
