Patient Service Center Delays Due to COVID-19

Some Patient Service Centers (PSCs) are experiencing intermittent staffing shortages due to the surge of COVID cases driven by the Omicron variant.


To avoid delays where possible PSCs are listing changes to hours of operation on their websites.

Additionally we suggest also calling the facility prior to reporting for testing due to the fluidity of the situation. Where possible, Truescreen will provide updates to our partnering PSCs locations as they become available.
