1/21/2022 Update: List of Courthouses Closed Due to COVID-19

The following courts have closed due to COVID-19 related matters:

Crittenden County, Arkansas - Marion District Court - closed until further notice
Santa Clara, California - The Court has indicated that they may not reopen until 1/31/2022 due to the Omicron variant impact. Please note that this issue is expected to delay further research on possible records only.
Gilmer County, Georgia - Delays encountered
Jackson, Mississippi - Delays encountered
Gallatin County, Montana - Closed, reopen date TBD
Campbell County, Tennessee - Delays encountered (courthouse is short staffed)
Van Buren County, Tennessee - Closed, reopen date TBD
