FEE INCREASE FOR GALLATIN COUNTY, MT COURTS SEARCHES

We were recently notified that the Gallatin County, Montana Justice Court has increased their search fee from $10.00 to $25.00 per name searched.

This fee increase has been confirmed with the court.
