PENNSYLVANIA: Legislation proposed to expunge juvenile criminal records
Summary: If passed, Senate Bill 1226 will allow juvenile criminal records to be expunged after two years for misdemeanor charges and five years for felony charges if the person has not been convicted of or charged with any other criminal offense.
