Fee Instated for Otsego and Marquette County, Michigan Court Searches

Effective immediately, both Otsego and Marquette County Circuit and District Courts in Michigan have implemented a court search fee.

Otsego County, Michigan criminal and civil court searches now have a fee of $5.00.

Marquette County, Michigan criminal court searches now have a fee of $20.00.
