8/8 Update: Eastern Kentucky Courts Now Operational with Exception of Knott County

All courthouses previously reported to be closed are now reopened, except for the Knott County Judicial Center.

The court has informed us that due to historic flooding, the Knott County Judicial Center is nonoperational. The Supreme Court has issued Administrative Order 2022-39 suspending Knott County court operations until the building can safely reopen.

We are monitoring this matter and will provide an update when available.
