Expect Delays Processing Orders for Revised Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control (CCF) Forms

Our partners at both Quest and Lab Corp have let us know they are currently experiencing a backlog of processing requests for revised CCF forms due to high demand and delays being seen with their shipping service providers. Our partnering labs have assured us they will do their best to meet the DOT mandated deadline.

In the event you were able to preorder early and have already received a supply of forms from the lab, please verify you have indeed received the newly revised forms before disposing of the old version. The old form has a pink background on the first page, while the new form has a yellow background. Once you have verified you have the correct, new version, feel free to dispose of any old forms, ensuring that they cannot be used. This will avoid confusion and the possibility of inadvertently using the wrong form.
