A number of courts in Texas and Louisiana have already reported that they will be closed during the storm – which is expected to make landfall Saturday morning – and could remain closed for several days due to the aftermath of the storm.
We also expect to see closures of schools, employers and other sources as a result of the storm.
We are closely monitoring this situation and will provide updates as they become available.
UPDATE: As we continue to monitor this situation, please note that as of Tuesday, Aug. 29, the flooding caused by Hurricane Harvey and ongoing rainfall continues to impact courts, drug screen collection and testing facilities, employers, schools and other sources in the areas affected by the storm. We continue to anticipate delays in obtaining information from the aforementioned sources in these affected areas.
