FBI reduces fee for fingerprint submissions

Effective Oct. 1, 2016, the FBI will reduce the charge for the submission of fingerprints by $2.75. As a result of this reduction, some state agencies and programs may also elect to reduce their submission fees.

The state of Florida has confirmed that they will be reducing their submission fee by $2.75 for prints submitted in conjunction with the state’s fingerprinting programs for regulated providers, including, but not limited to, AHCA, DCF and VECHS.

We will continue to keep you abreast of any other state agencies and programs that may elect to reduce their submission fees in the future.
