Some counties have indicated delays with the results and others have removed search functionality to handle the Maintenance of their system, including but not limited to courts in Wayne County, Ottawa County, Kent County, and Saginaw County.
We have reviewed the impacted searches and continue to search for records in the affected counties. However, some delays on a case-by-case basis are anticipated.
Please note that the Michigan State Police search is not impacted at this time.
