TRUESCREEN ENHANCEMENTS
Quarterly Report - Q1 2023

To our valued clients –

At Truescreen, we are dedicated to constantly improving the products and services you trust. Our team continues to work hard, bringing you user-friendly and effective solutions to your applicant screening, drug screening, and onboarding programs. We have compiled our quarterly report to showcase the advancements made by Truescreen in the busy first quarter of 2023.

If you would like to learn more about any of these new enhancements, or if you have any suggestions for future improvements, please contact your Truescreen Account Manager or Sales Executive.

myTruescreen.com

Expanded Close Component Self Service
A configurable option is now available that would allow users to close Reference, Professional License, and Professional Designation services using a “Discontinue Research” button on the myTruescreen portal. This functionality is already available for multiple service types, including Education and Employment.

Order Custom Cases - Anytime
The “Order Custom Case” option on the case summary page is now available during the “Setup” status.

Badge Photography Tags
Tag functionality has been added to badge photographs captured by Truescreen. With tags, users can sort and categorize their badges using desired terms.

File Upload Timestamps
In addition to displaying the date, uploaded files now display a timestamp as well. This visibility is available retroactively for files uploaded in the past.

Bankruptcy Reporting Simplified
Improvements to the Bankruptcy reporting service more clearly communicate when there is no record found with the credit bureau via a generated note within the comments section.

Quicker CHRI Retrieval
A new automated process filters out any levels without the CHRI release action from the “Get CHRI Results” module, resulting in improved page loading performance and quicker access to information.

Printing Options for Individual Services
When viewing an individual service, a print button has been added allowing users to print only the details shown in the modal window.

Occupational Health Screening

Additional Guidance for Drug Screen Disputes
We have added extra resources for individuals who elect to dispute their drug screening results on our ConsumerCare portal.  This guidance explains what we need to process their dispute, ensuring an expedient and fair resolution.

Client Visibility on Drug Screen Reminders
A new option is available that allows a client requester email address to be included on subject drug screen registration reminder emails.

Quest Split Specimen Availability
An indicator is now available on the OHS Registration Site for Quest sites set up for split specimens.

ApplicationStation

Seamless Application/Fingerprint Scheduling
A new single-sign on integration unifies ApplicationStation and Fieldprint, sharing access credentials across accounts. Users may now seamlessly schedule their Fieldprint appointments with a single click on the ApplicationStation confirmation page instead of creating a new log-in – simplifying the applicant experience.

Remote Work Language Options
A new configuration allows clients to opt out of language related to “remote work” in the employment data section collected from the applicant.

"No Permanent Residence" Configuration
In the address collection step, clients now have the option to remove the checkbox for “no permanent residence.” This may be useful to clients who do not want international applicants to select this option instead of entering their international address.

Washington MVR Form Pre-Fill
When collecting the state of Washington’s Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) forms, the Agent and Employer Name fields are now pre-populated with the appropriate data, reducing duplicated efforts.

i9Success

Citizenship Status at a Glance
A new column on the i9Success grid displays a subject’s Citizenship Status, allowing users to sort and filter by this status to provide an overview for auditing or other business purposes.

Reverification Calculation Enhancements
A new enhancement combines our Form I-9 expertise with technology, improving our system’s ability to document work authorization extensions and determine exactly when a reverification must occur.

i9Success Branding on Invitations and Reminders
Electronic Form I-9 invitation and reminder emails are now sent from i9Success@truescreen.com, directing replies to our dedicated I-9 team instead of our general applicant services department for more specialized issue resolution.

Form I-9 Comments Section Added
To better situate Truescreen for all of our client’s Form I-9 needs, comment sections have been added to various I-9 screens. Users may now add necessary details regarding a subject’s I-9 to these comments for other users to review, eliminating the need to communicate externally.

Form I-9 SSN Bypass for E-Verify Customers
If an individual lacks a social security number but is working for an E-Verify participating employer, this bypass allows their Form I-9 to be completed in its absence. A notification mechanism also alerts clients for required E-Verify completion once the subject receives a SSN.

Thank you as always for your support.

All the best,
Truescreen
